[cle-release-team] Messages and Forums in project SAK

Well, that's tricky because "Message" refers to the "message" project in
the code which means it is fairly easy to make that connection. Changing
the name would be confusing.
On the other hand the "Messages" tool is actually "msgcntr" which is really
both messages and forums. So I guess it comes down to what is easiest for
people reporting issues to figure out.
