[cle-release-team] Messages and Forums in project SAK

You want some extra confusion. The "message" project also contains the tool
and registration for "Message of the Day" and what I believe is Synoptic
announcements. Semi forgot about that. So crazy! ;)

So this "Message" really is "Message of the Day" and/or "Synoptic
Announcements/Messages"
