[cle-release-team] OSP reverts

Well it already is technically removed from the Sakai 11 pom.xml file
because it was causing a build problem.

It doesn't matter to me either way
1) Copy a branch out of trunk at current revision, make the changes in
trunk, and then move trunk to 10
2) Just make the changes in the 10 branch
