[cle-release-team] OSP reverts

Hi Greg - how about I create a branch off of trunk with the current IU changes - that way someone could spend the time to debug, fix and merge back to trunk when ready without holding up the Sakai 10 release.  I've attached a copy of the svn log listing the revisions and JIRAs that I would be reverting. I'd re-open the affected JIRAs to document the fact that they are no longer in trunk.
