[cle-release-team] 2.9.2-rc02 up and running

As subject says, 2.9.2-rc02 is up on http://qa29.longsight.com/.

The binary is here:

I made a copy of the 2.9.x-all branch and inserted the source revisions so
it should check out the source as this revision. Thanks to David Haines for
this script. Blame or comments to me or David if it's broken :)

Each individual project and indie were not tagged to save time. If this RC
proves to be acceptable and tagged as the final release, all of those will
be generated as usual.
