[cle-release-team] Conversion scripts for 2.9.1/2.9.2

Hi CLE release team,

Chuck H. is curious how to get a patch in the 2.9.1/2.9.2 conversion scripts? For mysql only, it is:

alter table lesson_builder_items modify html mediumtext; 

Is it documented somewhere how to get a patch in a release? Is it just a Jira?
