[cle-release-team] [samigo-team] More Samigo questions for 2.9.0 release

Thanks Yuki,

I checked in these scripts to the "patch" directory under
samigo-pack/src/sql/hsqldb/, samigo-pack/src/sql/mysql/, and
samigo-pack/src/sql/oracle/ that you suggested. I am going to do the same
thing for 2.9.x.
