[cle-release-team] Quick update - RC02 still in progress

FYI - There have been some issues holding up the RC02 release that have to do with the build process. I'm a little out of my depth in describing what the problem is, so I won't ;-). 

Matt is working diligently, with help from Alan Berg and Sam O. to address the problem. No ETA yet, so it could be done soon, or it might be later today.  We will announce when it is available.
