[cle-release-team] System requirements draft for 2.9.0

It looks like as of August 14th Oracle released official OSX JDK.
Supposedly only works in 10.7+.

Java 6 still has 4 more months until EOL, so we'll probably start updating
soon. Redhat (RHEL) has been even slower to make updates easy to install. ;)

At this point for 2.9, I'd say Tomcat 7 is required and the only version
we're testing with. Tomcat 5.5 is EOL and webdav won't work OOTB.

And agree that Java 7 is supported while Java 6 is required..
