[cle-release-team] lesson builder fix for copying sites

My preference is yes. We've been fortunate to have nice QA on LB pre-release and nobody know better than you what makes sense for where people get started. If it's a matter of "getting it right" and you think they are safe, I say put them in. Alphas and betas are meant for tightening up the product, so it's great to see this now rather than after 2.9.0. But I am one voice, so please others chime in.
