[cle-release-team] lesson builder fix for copying sites

This weekend I'm addressing issues copying lesson builder pages from site to site. I am using updateEntityReferences to fix up references to objects in the new site. The changes aren't major, but it does involve changing the signature of several internal methods.

Do you want this in 2.9? If you want to look, it is rev 106228.

There will be some smaller changes for this as well, but I consider them safe for 2.9.
