[WG: Accessibility] [Announcements] 2.9 QA testing UPDATE

Hello Rob,

Are there any plans to provide Sakai 2.9 QA servers as in previous releases? Many of our accessibility walkthrough scripts rely on preconfiguring content so the users going through the script have users, sites, tools, and content configured for them to interact with.

Most of our accessibility testers are not Sakai tech savvy and can't admin a server, create accounts, configure the content, etc. Since most testers fit the testing in when they can, it is too much work to coordinate these efforts and redo this every four hours on the nightly build servers. Previously we used the QA1 server that was set up on the typical two week rebuild cycle.

Thanks,
  Brian
