Gracias por la pronta respuesta. Ya lo resolvi.
Por si le pasa a alguien.
El error efectivamente fue en la base de datos MySQL 5.0.77
Se daño la tabla CONTENT_RESOURCE_BODY_BINARY
Se reviso con el comando

Esto lo hice con el sakai dado de baja para impedir acceso a la base de
datos durante las operaciones anteriores.
Despues de esto se arreglo el problema.
