[samigo-team] [Building Sakai] Samigo missing temp files error

Thanks for the clarification Karen!

I guess we're just going to chalk this one up to some random occurence 
that we can't seem to explain (solar flare?).  The temp folders exist 
and the user does have permission.

The only explanation I can come up with is that the samigoAnswerUploads 
folder was missing and recreated on sunday when our tomcats restart 
automatically.  But I'm at a loss as to why the problem would exist on 
all of our servers.

I guess we'll take a closer look if it ever happens again...
