[samigo-team] In JIRA Samigo does not have a translation component

Hi,

The Sakai project in JIRA has both an Internationalization and a 
Translation components.

So far, the Samigo project in JIRA does not have a Translation component.

Because, even if they're related, i18n and L10n are different, would you 
mind creating a Translation component in the Samigo JIRA project to 
enable tracking L10n separately?
