[samigo-team] Blocker: SAM-2074: verified but is it ready for merging?

SAM-2074 is currently blocking 2.9.2 [1].  Neal did some testing today but his comments suggest something a little less than a strong endorsement of the fix:  "I tested that auto-submit works on trunk (experimental) . . . that's the best I can do, to test [that] the functionality still works. No easy way to test this fix."  Karen noted on 28 Feb that "It is waiting for [Stanford] QA to verify (functional test). I will send an update to samigo-dev once it passes QA."

Did Stanford test and verify the fix?  It's not noted in the ticket.        

The key question:  is the Samigo team satisfied that the fix is ready for merging to 2.9.2?
