I recently did a ticket for UD that added two non-breaking spaces before the answer for multiple choice questions. I've attached a patch to this reply. Would this solve your problem?

If you’re running a relatively recent version of Samigo, multiple choice answer text is wrapped in a span with the .mcAnswerText style. You could probably just add some padding or margin on the left to that style.
