[samigo-team] "Detailed User Activity"=SAM-1368+SAM-1369

Hi 
I know some peopled worried both Event Log SAM-1368 and User Activity report SAM-1369 up in the Samigo menu bar and wondered if they could be condensed. Is there anyone willing to do the work of combining the two, and if so, what do you think of the following?

The two new reports could appear under a single new link called "Detailed User Activity."
Clicking that shows two types of reports: 
Submissions by User | Access Log

"Submissions by User" sam-1369 is shown by default. Above it one would see text "All submitted assignments, including retakes, are shown here. To see all access, including assessments that were started but not completed, see "Access Log"
