Thanks Jackie, I'm just starting to taking a look now and will be entering notes in confluence. I propose review of people's comments as our main agenda item for December 13.

After December 13, propose our next meeting is on January 10--Stanford is in winter closure during the holidays and no doubt many other are on vacation.

Hi all,

When we met on 11.01, Keli presented some ideas on how to improve the Settings page, most notably reducing the number of menus from 14 to 4. As the next step, I've fleshed out what the 4 menus would include. The corresponding Confluence pages are:

Fleshing out Availability and Submissions
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/SAM/Fleshing+out+Availability+and+Submissions

Fleshing out Feedback and Grading
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/SAM/Fleshing+out+Feedback+and+Grading

Fleshing out Presentation
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/SAM/Fleshing+out+Presentation

Fleshing out Type, Intro, Metadata
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/SAM/Fleshing+out+Type%2C+Intro%2C+Metadata

These 4 pages are also available from the Settings rework page (links at bottom of page)
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/SAM/Settings+rework

Please review and provide comments directly onto the pages.

Thanks,
Jackie
