[samigo-team] SAM-1313 missing introduction to assessment

We've started to hear from a couple of institutions about the assessment
introduction missing from the student view of an assessment.

This sounds like a regression in Sakai 2.8.0 Samigo. Does anyone have an
idea where the regression might have been introduced?  I can look into a
patch if someone can point me in the right direction.
