[samigo-team] integration of Schedule with Samigo

Hello,
I entered desired changes to the fix for SAM 1121 as separate JIRA subtasks.
SAM-1315	Students could use a fuller description of assessment attributes in Schedule description
SAM-1316	Students do not need to know retract date for a test
SAM-1318	Students should have a URL in their Schedule that takes them to an assessment
SAM-1319	If "assessment" available date is placed on Calendar, need a more accurate event type than "Quiz"
SAM-1322	"Display <Available/Due> Date on calendar" option not available in Samigo assessment settings unless Schedule tool is added first

I've come to the following conclusions
1) Due date should be the only date that is displayable. Retract date should be removed as an option to add (SAM-1316) and if you look at SAM-1319, I make the case that available date should be removed as well, as including it introduces far more complexity than the benefit it confers (If Lynn and Steve can agree, that's my recommendation).

2) Ideally Due date should be added to the schedule without giving instructor a choice; students should be left to decide what is important and filter accordingly. The schedule doesn't currently work that way, so I'm not advocating for this immediately. Unfortunately, this leaves us a checkbox that can be checked even when date is not filled in, the desire to have "display date" checked by default, as well as the ability to save settings on export and import. While I could add JIRAs to fix this, this gets complex enough when you have to consider all of this together that I'm more inclined to cut the Gordian knot and advocate that due dates just get added. If I were to put JIRAs in, I think it would not make it by code freeze anyway.

3) Include option to display date even if instructor didn't add schedule tool: Option to display due date is not available unless Schedule is added during site set up (SAM-1322). At first I thought the fix was to make sure the option appeared if the tool was added later but after some thought, I think the option should just be available regardless of whether the Schedule tool is in the site. This is because the date will also display in My Workspace, so it has some value even if the instructor hasn't added it. As long as there is no ill effects to "pushing" the date when no Schedule tool is turned on, I think this is the fix.

4) Make the due date entry in the Schedule more helpful with more info and a link to actually take the assessment (SAM-1318). This would take this feature from good to awesome. Students don't just need a reminder, they want to do the homework or take the quiz.

Please feel free to give feedback within JIRA on particular issues.
