[sakai2-tcc] VOTE: Release of Sakai 2.9.2

Proposal:  The release of Sakai 2.9.2 (provided no issues are found during final testing).



There are currently no blockers for a 2.9.2 release and Neal has polled the Security WG, CLE Team, and QA Teams with no objections made to the readiness of the release.



Voting is now OPEN immediately.

Voting ends Friday, May 24, 2013, 23:59 UTC



This is a public, on-list vote. Approval is indicated by a "+1", abstain by a "0" and disapproval by "-1". A single -1 vote based on a material objection will block action. However, -1 blocking votes can be overridden by a 2/3-majority roll call vote of active TCC members.
