[sakai2-tcc] Infrastructure discussion for future meeting?

Here are a few things I can think of:

1) Updating forum read/unread counts (currently done at time of
insert/delete)

2) Exporting all results from Samigo assessment to Excel (60+ seconds for
complex assessment)

3) Assignments download all / upload all processing

4) Admin Site Archive import / export

5) Resources -> Download ZIP (enabled by optional property) of all content
in site (60+ second requests)
