[sakai2-tcc] Infrastructure discussion for future meeting?

Hi TCC,

I wonder for the future if we should have some discussion about infrastructure issues?  Seems like a good topic to have some discussions and then perhaps create some goals out of those discussions?

I realize that there are resource issues that come into play here, just like everywhere else, but maybe taking time to think about what we would like in an ideal world (blue sky) vs what we have, we can come up with some realistic goals. Fortunately, this is an area I'm not seeing anything that is critical and urgent, but it is important. Perhaps planning now we can avoid urgent/panic issues in the future or just improve the overall experience of Sakaiger wannabees who depend upon our information and systems to implement Sakai effectively.
