[sakai2-tcc] Feedback on GB Extra Credit minor feature merge into 2.9.x

I'd +1 the merge. This as well as other items were added to the data model
long ago to support GB2 and this is just UI changes that fill the gap.

I also had at least 2 people tell me at the conference that they were using
Gradebook2 mostly because it had Extra Credit. :)
