[sakai2-tcc] Documentation - SakaiProject Site Index

[Neal Caidin]

I would like to add a page that contains links to Jira filters, common labels for tagging, and that sort of thing. Sort of like a Jira "cheat sheet".  Should I add this to Confluence or would this be something that fits in the new structure?
