[sakai2-tcc] TCC - Lots of Calendar invites

Hi Neal,

The fifth Wednesday of January is Jan 30 and is one of the Euro Sakai 
2013 days. As far as I can tell, members of the TCC and yourself won't 
be able to attend because they will be attending the conference.

Please note there's also a fifth Wednesday in May.
