[sakai2-tcc] Towards the Sakai CLE PMC

I think a good starting place would be to surface summaries of those discussions on list so everyone can participate in them.   What have people discussed?  Where is there agreement and where are there divergent views?

As for the leadership, that is something the chair/vice chair should handle.

There has been some talk about the TCC becoming a PMC (officially anyway, I think we are already there in spirit) in a few different venues (unconferences, calls, emails) and I think we should try to find someone on the TCC who is comfortable carrying (shepherding) this forward with the goal of announcing the CLE TCC is now the CLE PMC by the Apereo June conference at the latest.
Any thoughts? Good/Bad idea? Timeline not aggressive enough? Etc.
