[sakai2-tcc] TCC + CLE team apereo presentations

I do not feel as strongly that they *need* to be separate - but I do think that we need more than one talk about the CLE, perhaps coming from different perspectives.  We don't want the CLE to seem like it is under the radar in 2013 as it was in 2009-2012.

As long as the different talks have 45 minutes of useful and mostly non-overlapping stuff to say - the more the merrier.
