[sakai2-tcc] TCC + CLE team apereo presentations

The TCC and CLECC should keep each other posted on presentations so there is not too much overlap.

I'm happy to adjust/drop/modify/add to my presentations as needed. Just let me know.

Currently I am submitting (2 of 3 submitted so far):

* Sakai CLE 2.9 update

* Birds of a Feather for online Help function

* CLE wants you!  (How to get involved in the community)

I'll gather together my exact wordings for these submissions and share with you. I'm very flexible about this and want to be helpful in your efforts.
