[sakai2-tcc] Release artifacts not in a repo

Hi All,

Been out of touch so want to find out if this is expected or not. It seems a reasonable number of the 2.9.0 and 2.9.1 release artifacts are not in a repo at:


http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/sakaiproject/

or the old sakai repo. I hit this when updating a local project that depended on the chat API ....
