[sakai2-tcc] Proposal: release Sakai 2.9.0 on Friday, November 9 barring any new blockers (Voting now open)

Do we have a current list of unresolved critical issues for 2.9 across all projects (indies included) ? A jira filter would be good if one exists or is possible to create given the various versions in the indies, I couldn't find one that was saved that included that info.
