[sakai2-tcc] Wush.net access ?

I believe that our Atlassian support contract with Wush only covers
upgrades and responses to technical issues (like if a plugin isn't working,
or if a new repository needs to be added, anything that can't be done
through the UI). I've only had to put in like 1-2 tickets and you should be
authorized to do that as well if the need ever presented itself. I'm not
sure they would answer developer/application specific questions since they
just host the application.

OAuth is going to be a lot more complex for what you're doing if you're the
only one running it and you probably should stick to Basic Auth. OAuth is
good if you have a web enabled app that many people will use. Basic is fine
if it's just going to be a very small group. There is just a lot more work
for Oauth, both on the server and on the client.
