2.9.1 status
------------------
    High Level
        - Behind schedule, we do not have an RC01 yet
        - Still possible to make December but depends on when the main blocker issues are completed (see details below); whether we will need an RC02; how much QA testing will be required; and if QA resources are available; resources available after December 20 in case we don't make that date (Matt and Neal are probably available)

    Details
        - Help is updated in trunk but still need to get help merged in (The English version)
            * Matt thinks the merge has to to avoid removing the non English files. These might need to be re-added into trunk or the XML files fixed. Not yet tested.
        - We still have to get a handle on the gradebook performance issue. Noah has been working on a fix.
