Hi TCC,

We may not cover all this, but here is a brain dump of things that need attention.

- Status of Sakai CLE 2.9.1 .

- Thoughts for growing community participation - building a Sakai Pen group (penetration testing), team for Performance testing Framework, expanding the Accessibility group's leadership pool

- "Marketing" the CLE - many facets - awareness of community needs; education on technical aspects for QA and development; etc. Opportunities for joint Webinars? Conference ideas for Apereo 2013 in San Diego?

- Review of parts of Onboarding goals
	* Patches review - haven't done much with this Onboarding goal - what is the expectation?
        * Review of Unassigned Jira tickets - how is the process working currently? Where can I add value? (other than reviewing weekly Jiras with CLE team?) Discuss prioritization (not reviewing all tickets, etc).
         * Infrastructure
                - mailing list management - in discussion with Anthony and Ian D. (soon) about best way to have backup coverage
                - Infrastructure issues - Seth T. and J-F have agreed to serve as backups to Chris Maurer. Some training and hands-on needed. In progress.
                - Is there anything specifically I need to be aware of with Jira as an infrastructure tool for the community? Since it is hosted and some TCC members interface with our Jira-hosting provider perhaps this is minimal?
                 - Metrics - beyond some emails I have sent out, as needed, on Jira statistics with respect to release management, are more formal metrics / reporting desired (notwithstanding recognition discussion, see below)?
                 - Licensing management process - perhaps the area I'm most lacking in at the moment. How to get started?

- Transition to Apereo - nothing to report at the moment , but something that should be on the radar screen. I'm getting a new Apereo email address soon.

 - Neal needs more training on sonatype, jenkins, providing backup for branch and release managers, etc. Got some training in Charlotte (Matt/ Aaron) recently but need to keep that ball moving. Also, might be useful to get into certain technical areas of Sakai where additional QA could be helpful? Suggestions? Opportunities for training?

Also on my radar list / back burner:
    * Reports on individual/institutional community participation for recognition or encouragement of community behaviors. More discussion needed but I think next steps might be to see what kind of data it is feasible to collect and then loop back to discussion on goals.

    * Jira extension for code review capabilities

    * Improving process around Internationalization (hoping to get some insights at EuroSakai conference)

    * Also on back-burner are Confluence organization (which we've discussed several times at previous meetings); QA documentation - QA going well and started semi-regular QA meetings, but still more needed on documentation.

Cheers,

Neal Caidin
