This is mostly to Sam, The user preferences with the drag-and-drop tab reorderer is part of the 2-9-x portal. During the merge into 2-9-x was this overlooked or not merged on purpose. If it was overlooked we should open a JIRA. Sorry I missed this one. /Chuck
