Well there's 10 people in North America, 4 in Europe and 1 in Australia.

If we have the discussion too early (8AM) that pretty much will exclude the
west coast of North America.

10AM on Wednesday was the second option (so far selected) which is 4PM Cape
Town and around that time the rest of Europe, but midnight Australia and
Steve has never called in (to speak) at any 10AM maintenance team call that
I can remember.

Would a bi-weekly switch as Neal suggested,
8AM 1st/3rd Thursdays (As this was Steves preferred time and likely work
best for Europe/Cape Town = 2PM as well)
4PM 2nd/4th Thursdays (As this was the favorite)
work out better?
