[sakai2-tcc] Update: sakai-2.7.2 tagged

Looks good, Anthony! I tested the linux/mac demo build, as well as the source build, and both seem fine. I did find a couple minor nits on the release page:

1) The MD5 file for sakai-demo-2.7.2.tar.gz appears corrupt
2) The MD5 file for sakai-javadoc-2.7.2.zip is missing
