[sakai2-tcc] Sakai 2.7.2 and Sakai 2.8.1 - VOTE

-1 with the current wording. Noting that these releases have been out for sometime without an announcement makes us look a little silly IMO.

I would remove the reference to the individual months and just say that the two releases are now available.

For release managers, is there doco on performing a full release?
