[sakai2-tcc] Sakai 2.9 Planning in Confluence

A separate item possibly worth checking out is that the chat Adrian is working on now uses JGroups for cluster messaging. Granted, more ways to slice it may not be helpful, but there is a working multicast implementation in trunk at this point. I'm really not involved with either the JMS or JGroups work right now -- just sending around pointers.

I'd say that Beth and Adrian are the respective contacts for more.
