[sakai2-tcc] Sakai 2.9 Planning in Confluence

I thought Michigan folks were looking into using the messageservice
(JMS) to invalidate caches.  Is that work still happening?  I think
the stuff I'm thinking about could benefit from jms to invalidate
caches as well.
