[sakai2-tcc] [Building Sakai] sakai-2.8.0 update (IE9 issues)

We tested the patch* on 2.7.x running kernel 1.1.9 (we haven't updated yet)

*the patch didn't apply cleanly so had to manually add a couple of rejected hunks.
