[sakai2-tcc] Sakai CLE Project Coordination Meetings

TCC Members, 
      This week I received confirmation that we have space on Sunday, June 12th for CLE Project Coordination meeting.  

* The Santa Anita BC room (capacity of ~ 30 people)
*  Available from  7AM - 7PM
*  The Sakai foundation will graciously be providing lunch 

Currently the plan is to have a formal meeting on Sunday and follow-up with BOF's  and other meet-ups throughout the week and reports back  via community distributions lists.   To be clear, we are not currently planning to schedule a meeting on Friday.  

Since the TCC is the organizing body for these meetings, it's an opportunity for us to set the agenda.    My thoughts are that that a lot of the preparation and discussions should be kicked off well in advance so the time can be used wisely.     This really means we need to start now!  

Some idea on immediate actions we can take:
* Start collecting 2.9 plans by begin with things already in progress or completed .   A confluence page similar to what we used for 2.8.0 has been set up to facilitate that [1]
* Determine what needs to be done for 2.9  but does not have resources.
* Start discussion of other initiatives that need to be undertaken.   See what prep work can be done and determine which items really need to be discussed while in person.  
* Communication out and determine who is coming [2]
