[sakai2-tcc] Status of Websphere/DB2 support for 2.8.0

I prefer 2.

If we don't have news before 2.8.0 is released, I think this will mean 
no support for 2.8.1 (and maybe later).

If we're not doing 2 right now, I think we should do it after 2.8.0 is 
released if no support is announced.
