[sakai2-tcc] We need a blog tool for Sakai 2.9

Steve, you've raised a really excellent point about needing replacement functionality.     Since you've offered to drive this process, I'd like to take you up on that :-)   

It sounds like a couple others may be interested in helping - perhaps a small subcommittee could tackle this?

Btw - I think the suggestion of a survey is an excellent idea.  I'm always in favor of data driven decision making :-)
