A nomination for one candidate, Aaron Zeckoski, was received by yesterday's deadline.  As Aaron has indicated his willingness to serve, no voting is necessary and he is elected as vice-chair.

Colleagues,
   The current terms for Chair and Vice Chair are over at the end of July.  Per our governance, Beth will step into the Chair role and a new Vice Chair needs to be elected.

It's time to officially open nominations for the vice-chair elections!

Nominations and voting will occur on the following schedule:
Nominations close: 23:59 UTC, 19 July  2011
Elections close: 23:59 UTC, 22 July 2011

All active TCC members are eligible to be nominated and to vote  in this election.

Please make your nominations on this list, but first make sure to confirm your nominee's willingness to serve before making a
nomination.
