Jean-Francois:

Yes, the functional testing kickoff webinar will be recorded and
shared. All resources generated by this effort will be shared via the
central community QA wiki.

As Rob indicated in his announcement, the goal of this effort is to
create processes/resources that can be built on for future release
cycles as well.
