[sakai2-tcc] Passing of the Torch

Colleagues,
   It's hard to believe but it's been 6 months that I've been serving in the role of the TCC chair. I'm pleased to say that reflecting on this time includes some signification milestones for the CLE:

-          The release of 2.8.0

-          Successful Project Coordination meetings at the annual conference

-          Year anniversary of the formation of the TCC

It's now time to pass the torch to your new chair,  Beth Kirschner  and vice chair, Aaron Zeckoski.    Please give these two your support and cooperation over the coming months.  Chairing this committee is a lot of work and only with your support is it possible.
