[sakai2-tcc] Feature Requests

Hi fellow hard workers,

I am having a quick look at the 1374 open feature requests currently alive in Jira. I consider this a good source of information to help shape discussion for the 2.9 roadmap which is already in progress judging by the hard work going on in the experimental branch.

The question is, is the TCC going to use the back log of feature requests to help shape priorities?
For example by component (cut off 5 requests).
