I think the "roll call" vote is may be the only way to hold the 
override vote.

The override vote will commence at 12:00 (noon) UTC, Wednesday, 
September 29, 2010 unless J-F decides to withdraw his -1 vote. It 
will remain open until all active members have cast a vote.
